St.Joseph Higher Secondary School Owes its existence to the far sighted vision of the Late Moran Mor Cyril Baselios Catholicos. It is one of Malankara Catholic Schools established and administrated by the Bishop Of Bathery, in accordance with the rights of minority community guaranteed in the constitution of India.
His Excellency Most.Rev.Dr.Joseph Mar Thomas, the Bishop of Bathery is the Manager and Patron of the school. Rt. Rev. Msgr . Mathew Chamakalayil and Rt.Rev. Dr. Varghese Thannickakuzy are the Co-Partners of the school. St.Joseph’s School is a Private Co-educational institution owned and managed by Malankara catholic Diocese Bathery. The Inception of the school was in 1977 as a private tuition centre. The institution grew up as a Recognized English School with LP section in 1980 and it was raised to the status of a U.P School and a High School in 1984,HSS in 2002. Admission is open to all students according to the availability irrespective of their caste,creed and religion and each one’s religious freedom is respected.
